I was born in Moscow, Russia in 1986. Those who know me, consider me to be optimistic, energetic and driven. I enjoy writing poetry, dancing, singing and anything that requires creativity and passion. I have dedicated 13 years of my life to the performing arts. I was trained in classical ballet as well as some hip hop. My career in modeling began over five years ago and since then; I have graced many runways in Toronto as well as some in Italy. I also enjoy reading, learning and teaching. Upon graduation from high school, I was honoured with an Ontario Scholars award for achieving a high academic average and receiving scholarships to many Toronto Universities. I believe that the face of Miss Matryoshka 2006 must be a positive role model for Russian Canadian girls across Toronto and Canada. I am entering this contest to show that beauty is not only a healthy body, but a healthy mind.
